--The main jets is #145, and the slow pilot jets is #45.
2.What are the other 2 jets for are they the same things thats in the carb.
--This part including carburetor repair kits, in case you want to replace these components of carburetor in future.
3.Is it ready to install and fully functional right out the box?
--Yes if you adjust the air/fuel mixture screw.
4.Do the carbs come preset or do they have to be tuned?
--They come with a jets kit and you will decide which ones work best for you
5.Does it have connection for 2 cables
--Yes
6.Is the choke on when it is pushed in or if it's pushed out?
--It is choked when pulled out, normal running when pushed in.
7.Does it come with an intake and carb gasket or do you need one on a quad motor?
--This kit comes with an intake manifold that seals with “O” Rings. One against the carb, the other against the engine.
