BMW Adaptive Lighting Control Module
Adaptive Xenon LED Light Control Module for the pre-facelift BMW 5 Series F10/F11/F07. It's used as an HID driver for dynamic AHL headlights. It's responsible for properly starting the Xenon lamp and controlling the current flowing through the bulb.
The AHL module controls the adaptive headlight functions, including the Angel Eyes (Halo Rings) and the light's movement. The HID Xenon ballast supports stable power supply and smooth switching of the adaptive functions. The module is typically mounted on the back or bottom of the headlight.
